hear and ask questions- ministers explain the steps
•
Ministers visit people and allow
compensation or whatsoever required
•
Look for high level inquiry committee
•
Action is taken by PWD, health department,
etc.

News paper and media play a major roles
•
Govt. can make new laws, build toilets in
every urban area, appoint health workers in each village.
